Disability and Inclusion Network, a community for every VR成人视频 colleague.
Whether you live with a physical disability, a hidden condition, a long-term health issue, or you care for someone who does, you belong here. The Disability and Inclusion Network (DIN) is a peer-led staff network at VR成人视频 that offers community, support and a collective voice for change across both our Loughborough and London campuses.

Influence university policy
We feed directly into the University鈥檚 Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Board, to make sure staff with disabilities shape the University's decisions.
Community
A safe space to connect
Regular member meetings and informal gatherings across both campuses, online and in person. All formats are designed to be accessible and low pressure.
Support
Resources and guidance
Signposting to internal Loughborough support, including reasonable adjustments, Access to Work, assistive technology and the Employee Assistance Programme.
Stories
Real member experiences
Blogs, audio recordings and video conversations from colleagues sharing their lived experiences entirely voluntary and always on members' own terms.
Who can join?
Membership is open to all VR成人视频 staff including academic, professional services and research staff who have a visible or hidden disability, long term health condition, or neurodivergent identity, whether formally diagnosed or self-identifying. Staff who care for someone with a disability are also warmly welcome.
We will never ask you to disclose your condition to join!
